Founded in 1998 by Red-Seal carpenter Dale Lafleur, By-Spec Construction LTD provides architectural as well as environmental services. This ranges from basic general contracting to all remediation type work such as asbestos, mold and lead. These substances can be found in common areas such as ceiling tiles, drywall, plaster, flooring and insulation. The abatement sector seems to go hand in hand with our construction background, seeing that after we remove the affected areas, we have the skills to reinstate the removed areas.
