By-Spec Construction has all adequate experience, certifications and equipment to tackle any abatement job you are looking to have completed. All jobs will be assessed differently and taken proper precautions according to the situation. Most jobs will include a air tight containment with a air machine to clean the air. All equipment and clothing will be de-contaminated before leaving the closed in area. This assures all contaminated particles are being kept away from you until the area is clean and safe to return. With over 20 years of experience there's nothing we haven't seen before, there's also nothing to big or too small for us to help you out with.  

Custom Carpentry

By-Spec Construction also has a separate field of experienced carpenters with over 20 years of experience. The carpentry sector of By-Spec was added when clients were asking if we could re-instate after exterminating dangerous substances such as asbestos. Seeing that By-Spec comes from a construction background this was a no brainer. Our carpentry sector is capable of tasks such as; framing, floors, drywall, paint, cabinets, as well as interior finishing like doors, trim, stairs and railings. With 20 years of experience we have noticed previous clients tend to like the fact we can have all the work provided. It's much simpler and usually much quicker.
